4. Maintenance personnel should reasonably plan and prepare spare parts for the maintenance of the equipment system in charge. To ensure the normal development of the corresponding maintenance work, so as to ensure the normal operation of the equipment system in charge.

5. Maintenance personnel should strictly follow the corresponding work procedures to ensure the quality of maintenance and overhaul work, and ensure the safety of maintenance work and the safe operation of equipment systems.

6. After the completion of the phased maintenance work, the equipment and site, as well as tools, etc. to be repaired should be cleaned and organized in time. After the maintenance work at the equipment post site is completed, the inside and outside of the equipment and the site should be thoroughly cleaned and organized.

7. For sudden failures of the equipment system in use, the equipment should be checked immediately and comprehensively, the causes of mechanical and electrical failures should be analyzed in time, and effective and reliable measures should be taken to eliminate them. Major failures should be reported to the device keeper and handled in consultation with the person in charge of the equipment use department. The maintenance and treatment plan for major failures should be implemented after approval.

8. Maintenance personnel should propose corresponding equipment system maintenance plans based on the operation and maintenance history and actual operation status of the equipment system, and inform the equipment management personnel to plan and arrange the equipment system maintenance work in a unified manner.

9. Maintenance personnel should stop the behavior of operating the equipment system in violation of the operating procedures, and clearly mark the equipment under maintenance to prevent misoperation and misuse of the equipment and ensure the safety of the equipment.

10. Make efforts to learn business knowledge, improve business capabilities, fully understand the equipment system you are responsible for, and achieve "four understandings" and "three skills" for the equipment. Improve the emergency maintenance capabilities for equipment failures.

11. Maintenance personnel are responsible for training operators of various equipment, guiding and supervising the maintenance work of operators of the equipment system they are responsible for.

12. Complete the temporary arrangements arranged by the leadership.

Experience in equipment maintenance in pharmaceutical factories, familiar with the operation and management of pharmaceutical air conditioning systems, purified water systems, and injection water systems, familiar with various office and drawing software, and have a certain understanding of GMP and related equipment work, as well as writing and language organization skills.

2. Personality characteristics: serious and down-to-earth, responsible, principled, cautious, sincere, honest and trustworthy, able to endure hardships.

3. Quality requirements: rigorous, careful, good at learning, strong teamwork spirit, strong communication and coordination skills.

4. Have a certain experience in production safety, water and electricity maintenance, and have relevant professional knowledge such as electromechanical, HVAC, and automatic control.
